Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number that you can use to track progress and responses online. For your reference, the THAPAR e-Ticket provides complete archives and a history of all your support requests. A valid email address, preferably @thapar.edu, is required to submit a ticket. Please submit complete information like the nature of support, its location, contact and mobile number to process your support request.Easy Step to get online help/support

- A user will receive a verification email.
- Verify your email by clicking the verification link.
- Create an eTicket for support under the relevant help.
